Role Overview

The HR Data Mart (HRDM) team develops and maintains trusted HR analytics data products and infrastructure, enabling secure, scalable, and certified datasets for HR Centers of Excellence and HR leaders. Scope of Work Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python applications. Build infrastructure and tooling for ETL processes using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS services. Implement process improvements and data quality testing. Monitor pipelines and maintain 99.5% uptime. Create and maintain data models used by partner teams. Design and build semantic views and ontology layers on top of dbt models. Develop and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Cortex Search for HR use cases. Configure and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling. 

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong Knowlege Data modeling
• Strong Knowlege Datamarts 
• Strong Knowlege Data warehouse design 
• Strong KnowlegeDBT for data transformations.
• Strong Knowlege Python including object-oriented programming and data scripting.
• Strong Knowlege REST API integration and data ingestion.
• Strong Knowlege Google BigQuery querying and optimization. 
• Strong SQL and highly optimized query development.
