Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships to grow the insurance practice. Serve as a strategic advisor to business owners and executives by designing and implementing comprehensive risk management solutions.

Stable Rock is hiring a Senior Commercial Insurance Producer to help grow our expanding Insurance Services practice.

We are looking for a proven commercial insurance sales professional with at least seven years of experience and a demonstrated track record of generating $300,000 or more in annual new business commercial insurance revenue. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building trusted client relationships, and serving as a strategic advisor to business owners and executives.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on business development, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management. While leadership and mentorship opportunities exist, success in this role will primarily be driven by your ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and contribute to the continued growth of Stable Rock's insurance practice.

This role is ideal for a high-performing producer who wants the resources, referral opportunities, and support of a multi-disciplinary professional services platform without the expectation of bringing a portable book of business.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet or exceed production goals.
  • Build relationships with business owners, executives, CFOs, controllers, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
  • Conduct insurance program reviews and risk assessments to identify client needs and opportunities.
  • Design, present, and implement comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions.
  • Negotiate coverage structures and pricing with carriers and insurance partners.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-service referrals and integrated client solutions.
  • Support client retention efforts by collaborating with account management and service teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and relationship lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support less experienced producers as the practice continues to grow.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license, preferably in the Northeast region.
  • Demonstrated history of generating $300,000 in annual new business commercial insurance revenue.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new commercial business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a growing professional services organization.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience serving middle-market and upper-middle-market commercial clients.
  • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or similar.
  • Established network of referral partners and business relationships.
  • Experience working with professional services firms, private equity-backed companies, healthcare organizations, technology companies, real estate businesses, or other complex commercial accounts.
  • Previous experience mentoring producers or contributing to sales leadership initiatives.

Why This Role:

  • Opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Stable Rock's insurance practice.
  • Access to referral opportunities across accounting, tax, HR, technology, and advisory service lines.
  • Entrepreneurial environment with direct visibility to senior leadership.
  • Competitive compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • Ability to work with a diverse and growing client base across multiple industries.
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding organization.
