The Opportunity
Join Asteron’s Claims team as a Senior Case Manager, where your expertise will drive outcomes for customers and the business alike. You’ll manage a portfolio of disability claims, including complex and high-risk cases, applying advanced medical, financial, and legal knowledge to make sound, timely decisions. With a strong focus on recovery and return-to-work outcomes, you’ll ensure claims are managed fairly and consistently in line with Asteron’s philosophy.
As a senior point of contact, you’ll build trusted relationships with claimants, advisers, and stakeholders, confidently navigating sensitive or potentially contentious situations. You’ll proactively assess and monitor claims, identify risks such as litigation or non-disclosure, and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations to leadership. Your ability to analyse complex information and deliver “no surprises” service will be key to achieving strong outcomes.
