Our Technology Team is growing, and we are looking for an IT Business Analyst (AI & Automation) to help bridge the gap between business stakeholders, AI/data teams, and software engineers. This role focuses on identifying high-impact AI opportunities, translating business needs into technical requirements, and leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business processes, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities that can be optimized using AI technologies such as Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for AI and automation initiatives
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation using AI-assisted frameworks and tools
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira tasks, and Confluence documentation aligned with Agile delivery practices
- Participate in backlog refinements, sprint planning sessions, and cross-functional workshops
- Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and measurable success metrics
- Use Generative AI and copilot tools to accelerate the creation of BRDs, workflows, technical summaries, and internal knowledge bases
- Validate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business relevance
- Act as the communication bridge between business teams, developers, data scientists, compliance/legal stakeholders, and leadership
- Support change management initiatives, user onboarding, training documentation, and AI adoption across teams
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 required)
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within software development environments
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM-based workflows (required)
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience supporting AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Automation projects
- Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools such as Miro or Visio
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-framing skills with focus on business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and identify inconsistencies or hallucinations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
