💵 Compensation: €40K – €45K/year ; €250–€325/day

📋 What You'll Architect

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and data — understanding business questions, using data to investigate them, and translating your findings into clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.

• Conduct end-to-end analysis to support commercial and D2C initiatives.

• Write, optimise and use SQL queries to investigate business questions and work with relevant datasets.

• Provide analytical support across areas such as pricing, promotions and experimentation, depending on the team's priorities.

• Support the analysis and interpretation of experiments and A/B tests where relevant.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.

• Work independently to structure analytical problems, determine appropriate approaches and deliver high-quality outputs.

• Communicate progress, findings and next steps clearly with the wider team.

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to increase analytical capacity and accelerate insight delivery.

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years ' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including writing and optimising queries.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, end-to-end analysis.

• Experience translating business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.

• Experience working collaboratively with analytics, commercial or business teams.

• Strong SQL and confidence working directly with data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand business questions and structure them into clear analytical problems.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of analytical deliverables.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain findings, progress and next steps.

• Commercial mindset and ability to connect analysis with business outcomes.

• Ability to use AI tools to support analytical work and improve productivity.

• Experience supporting pricing or promotional analysis.

• Experience with experimentation or A/B testing.

• Experience in eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer environments.

• Previous experience in trading or commercially focused roles.

• Experience applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
