Customer Description:
The end-client is a well-established company operating in the financial services sector.

Project Description:
The project focuses on identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases within existing business processes and customer journeys.

Hard Skills / Must Have:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for complex digital products and solutions.
• Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, or similar business process modeling methodologies.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience creating use cases and user stories, as well as performing gap analysis.
• Experience defining requirements for AI solutions aligned with existing business processes and user journeys.
• Ability to define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and participate in the validation of AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):
• Experience working in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases.
• Translate complex business problems into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative design activities involving business and technical stakeholders.
• Define objective user acceptance criteria and validate that delivered AI solutions meet agreed performance targets.
• Conduct gap analyses to ensure new AI capabilities align with existing customer-facing channels and business processes.
