You will adapt Reddit's platforms to meet evolving privacy, security, and regulatory requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to build trusted user experiences. You will also own product areas end-to-end, from technical design and coding to experimentation and launch.
The Compliance Engineering team is responsible for preparing Reddit’s platforms for evolving regulatory requirements. We’re building products that establish the foundation of trust in the Reddit platform, while partnering closely with teams across the company to ensure our platforms and features meet the highest standards. Engineers on this team will thrive in dynamic, ambiguous problem spaces and work across multiple domains and technology stacks.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
