As a SeniorFrontend Engineer, you will play a key role imaintaining and growing the Fleetboard Frontend Framework, which supports all other domain teams in delivering a consistent, reliable, and high-quality user experience. In this role, you will proactively provide technical guidance to team members and enforce best practices.  

 

In your day-to-day work, you will act as both a technical contributor and a collaborative partner, ensuring alignment between the design, implementation, and product needs of the solution you will work on, while also upholding the team’s high standards for performance, maintenance, and accessibility. 

 

You will contribute to the architecture definition and implementation of this customer facing system. In this part of the role, you will guide and support domain developers in integrating components and serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries from key stakeholders. 

 

Every team has its own rituals. You will have regular syncs with your team, to organize tasks, and to help them work through possible blockers or dependencies. At tb.lx, we always support each other. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:  

  • A deep level of experience in Angular (v19+);
  • Experience using and extending component libraries (e.g. Storybook),and contributing to design systems;
  • A thorough understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and API integration;
  • strong understanding of backend interfaces;
  • A successful track record of accountability and proactivity in delivering assigned work and suggesting improvements;
  • A passion for mentoring engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and enabling the team to reach its full potential;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies – Kanban, Scrum, etc. – and familiarity with best working practices for these;
  • The ability to contribute to discussions and understand the trade-offs behind technical decisions;
  • A collaborative and empathetic spirit and team player mindset, with effective communication skills;
  • Fluency in Englishboth written and spoken, and with the confidence to address several technical topics at a detailed level.
