Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into Agentic AI solution designs. Architect multi-agent workflows and build technical prototypes while guiding implementation teams.
We are seeking a Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can work directly with business stakeholders and translate complex business problems into working Agentic AI solutions. This is a client-facing, hands-on role combining AI architecture, discovery, requirements gathering, and engineering.
What You Will Do
Lead discovery and requirements sessions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Translate business processes and domain knowledge into Agentic AI solution designs.
Architect multi-agent workflows and human-in-the-loop escalation patterns.
Design AI solutions for discovery, requirements generation, data mapping, and validation.
Build hands-on prototypes and technical components in addition to designing the architecture.
Work closely with AI/Data Engineers to guide implementation and validate solutions.
Lead stakeholder walkthroughs and help drive decisions required to move solutions forward.
Required Skills
Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI or Multi-Agent systems.
Strong client-facing, consulting, or embedded engineering experience.
Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical AI solutions.
Hands-on engineering ability—must be able to prototype or build components.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud AI platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
