About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions that solve real business problems. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and cloud engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinator hardening, Critic agent, guardrails

• Chunking strategy and the chunk-metadata contract

• Attribute-filter injection that enforces entitlement at retrieval

• Hybrid routing across vector, graph and SQL paths

Must-haves

• Production RAG at scale with an eval harness and regression gating

• Graph RAG: entity and relationship extraction, graph construction, graph-aware retrieval

• Python at depth with async, typing, packaging, test discipline and established experience

• GCP Vertex AI and Agent Engine, ADK or equivalent framework with A2A / OpenAPI / MCP experience

• Snowflake Cortex Search and Cortex Analyst, or demonstrable equivalent

• Retrieval evaluation: golden sets, LLM-as-judge, hallucination rate, attribution

• Terraform and SDLC literacy
