Role Overview

Join TH Experiential as a Senior 3D Experiential Designer, a pivotal role in shaping the future of physical brand experiences. Reporting directly to the CCO and partnering with the Creative Strategy and Senior Art Director, you will define the creative vision for high-value RFP responses and upfront pitches, leading the entire design-to-production process.


You will architect transformative, immersive brand environments, specializing in large-scale exhibitions, innovative retail pop-ups, and cutting-edge experiential marketing activations. This role requires you to invent, design, and hyper-render distinctive physical spaces from concept creation through to final production.


As the leader in spatial realization, you will translate ambitious creative concepts into buildable realities. This includes developing detailed 3D models, high fidelity renderings, and fabrication ready architectural plans. This critical function requires a balance of inspired spatial aesthetics, technical feasibility, and disciplined budget management.

This role is a rare opportunity for a seasoned experiential business development leader to help define how TH grows—strategically and sustainably.



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on RFP Development by crafting compelling spatial proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice
  • Translate creative briefs into actionable, fabrication-ready spatial designs, including floorplans and elevations
  • Develop design concepts and related visuals through concept sketching and floor plan development, elevation drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, etc
  • Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D
  • 3D experience design including attendee journeys and value engineering all activation touchpoints
  • Create consumer flow charts highlighting event and guest flow throughout developed spaces
  • Manage fabrication and print vendor relations, handling troubleshooting and negotiations as needed
  • Review all material sample finishes and QC creative execution
  • Create decor + graphics packages for live programs, including sourcing event elements and mapping out suggested signage placement/materials/sizing
  • Collaborate with production teams, creative directors, and fabricators to ensure design feasibility and budget adherence
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure design accuracy and highest creative execution
  • Post-events, participate in key learnings and their integration into future projects


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, set design, or environmental design.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of building materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing immersive environments, experiential activations, or similar projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).
  • Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney and Flora)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
  • Experience working with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.
