The Business Systems Analyst will manage the design, build, and testing lifecycle for business improvements while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver project objectives. They are responsible for providing functional support, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the successful deployment of online and offline system solutions.

Join the Corporate Technology team as a Business Systems Analyst and play a key role in driving business improvement through technology solutions. You'll work across the design, build, testing, and support lifecycle, helping to deliver enhancements that improve productivity, customer satisfaction, adoption, and business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage requests for business improvements through the design, build, and testing process.
Scope projects, identify stakeholders, assess resource requirements, and determine timelines.
Design testing parameters and execute testing for products, enhancements, and releases.
Maintain and update testing documentation throughout product development and release cycles.
Support testing of online and offline product releases before deployment.
Collaborate with Product Owners to deliver agreed objectives and key results (OKRs).
Provide regular project updates and visibility through Azure DevOps tracking.
Deliver post-implementation hypercare support, including incident management and bug reporting.
Assist in creating and maintaining online testing environments.
Provide third-level functional support for online and offline system solutions.
Ensure demonstration environments accurately reflect supported products and features.
Create and maintain product, feature, and technical documentation in Notion.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve business efficiencies and productivity.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new capabilities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 12 months' experience within FCTG (Essential).
Thorough understanding of Amadeus and strong knowledge of booking and payment processes (Essential).
Online booking tools experience (Desirable).
Product management experience (Desirable).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
