About the role

We are hiring a SEA Performance Manager for a fast-scaling, fully remote D2C performance marketing agency in the EU. You will own and scale Google Ads for e-commerce clients, working closely with a small, senior performance team. Fully remote within the EU. German at native level is required.

What you will do

• Build and run high-level SEA strategy for D2C and e-commerce brands

• Manage and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display

• Optimize product feeds and troubleshoot Merchant Center

• Analyze performance and find scaling opportunities (ROAS, CPA, revenue)

• Partner directly with clients and communicate proactively

• Share knowledge in weekly masterclasses and improve team processes

What you bring

• Native German, plus solid English

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads with a strong e-commerce focus

• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 35,000 euro or more

• Agency background in a marketing or performance agency

• Comfort across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Merchant Center

• Full-time focus, no parallel freelance work

Nice to have

• Shopping and feed optimization depth

• Conversion tracking and attribution tools like Triple Whale or Hyros
