Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Serve as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to motivate teams and lead without direct authority
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
