Soccer Shots - Kalamazoo is looking for a passionate and driven Scrum Master to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind agile processes, empowering teams to deliver their best work in a collaborative and energetic environment. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to motivate teams and lead without direct authority
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
