About the Role:
Soccer Shots Dallas Ft. Worth is looking for a passionate and driven Scrum Master to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! In this role, you'll be the engine behind our agile processes, empowering teams to deliver their best work and keeping projects moving forward with energy and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity
- Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and delivery timelines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
- Coordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
- Shield the team from external distractions and scope creep during sprints
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to lead without authority and inspire team ownership
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
