BRMi is seeking a Scrum Master to support a large financial enterprise client in only a few select locations.
The Scrum Master works closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and lead delivery of initiative capabilities by removing impediments, facilitating team meetings and events, and fostering an environment for high performance. This role manages the continuous workflow of the team, advocates for Lean-Agile and Scrum practices, and coaches teams to adopt Agile principles and improve delivery outcomes. The Scrum Master may support projects of moderate complexity, lead Agile delivery for multiple teams or complex initiatives, mentor junior Scrum Masters, and drive continuous improvement across Agile practices.

At least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, or leading small- to moderate-scale projects or activities.•Experience leading Agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in an Agile environment.•Working knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Agile principles and Scrum practices.•Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling practices, including experience supporting Agile maturity and transformation initiatives.•Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.•Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.•Effective skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with partner leadership.•Strong verbal, visual, and presentation software skills with the ability to communicate relevant information clearly.•Certified Scrum Master and/or PMI-ACP certification.•SAFe, LeSS, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other advanced Agile certifications preferred where applicable.•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Desired Qualifications•In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, or Investments, including relevant terminology, concepts, business processes, and systems.•Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.•Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
