Job DetailsJob Location: Midtown - Elite - Nashville, TN 37203The Scheduling Supervisor will assist the Director of Administration by participating in hiring, training, mentoring, measuring and supervising of excellent and productive teams in the following areas of responsibility: Scheduling Team including Workman’s Compensation and Operator Team.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Manage the performance and processes of the Scheduling Team and Operator Team
Complete and submit team members’ annual reviews and quarterly conversations in a timely manner
Maintain Scheduling Specialist Playbook and Operator Playbook
Set and meet departmental Key Performance Indicators
Complete audits of each Scheduling Specialist and report back to Director of Administration as appropriate
Help develop and maintain reporting
Conduct regular team meetings and huddles
Other projects as needed to ensure teams’ success
Provide coverage in the queue as needed
Review recorded calls and audit for accuracy, share and coach results to team members
Participate in setting and meeting quarterly and annual team and individual goals
REPORTING
Complete reports as follows and email Director of Administration with weekly numbers
Appointments scheduled
Calls answered
Abandonment rate
Error rate
Review Daily Schedule Report to include sending schedule audit to team for corrections
Review Work Group Summary Report daily to ensure Queue scheduling is staffed appropriately
Review Operator Work Group Summary daily to ensure Operators are staffed appropriately
Review Brightmetrics Reporting On-Demand for Queue Schedulers and Operators
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work may be performed in a remote office setting per the terms and conditions listed in the Telework Policy and Team Member Handbook.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, telephone and other office equipment
Prolonged periods of standing and moving
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally / Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at one time
Must be able to withstand physical and emotional stress
May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and occupational dangers such as needle pricks
Must be able to carry, pull, push and lift equipment necessary for care
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Four year college degree preferred
At least 3 years’ experience in medical practice, hospital or other medically based company preferably supervising other team members
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to handle difficult people and situations
Delegation, prioritization and organizational skills
Numerical and computation skills for reporting
Fundamental understanding of orthopedic medical practice
Command of relevant HIPAA and OSHA laws as they affect areas of supervision
Critical software knowledge (Greenway, MS Office Suite)
