Key responsibilities include:

• Configure, build, test, and support WorkForce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
• Develop and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Leverage platform configuration and declarative capabilities to deliver efficient business solutions.
• Support application deployments and production releases, including planning, testing, and execution activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support to ensure system stability and performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with WorkForce Software Time & Attendance or related workforce management solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience supporting software configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Understanding of business process design and optimization methodologies.
• Exposure to workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, or payroll processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and delivering innovative solutions.
