Your Role
You will co-lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, working closely with customers to translate business requirements into smart, scalable solutions.
\n- Co-lead and participate in all phases of the SAP MM implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design and implement best-practice SAP MM business processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Configure, optimize, and refine SAP MM solutions using SAP Activate methodology.
- Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, development, and data migration activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through transformation initiatives and driving adoption.
- Travel regionally during critical project phases to ensure successful implementation and effective collaboration with teams and end-users.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience, including implementation, rollout, and support on SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM with proven experience in cross-module integration.
- Understanding of SAP AI and Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and learning new skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving customer needs.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and commitment to delivering results even in complex situations.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with culturally diverse teams across the regions.
- As visa sponsorship is not available for this role, we can only consider candidates who are Malaysian citizens or who already hold valid work authorisation and are based in South East Asia.
