An SAP C4C (Customer Experience Cloud) Consultant is responsible for implementing and customizing SAP's Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions, which include Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud modules. These consultants work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements, configure the SAP C4C system, and ensure that the solution aligns with business processes.
Your tasks
Project Implementation:
Lead or participate in SAP C4C implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
Develop functional specifications and design documents based on client requirements.
Configure and customize SAP C4C modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Solution Design:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP C4C platform.
Provide expertise in SAP C4C functionalities and best practices.
Design integration solutions between SAP C4C and other SAP or non-SAP systems.
Testing and Validation:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of the SAP C4C solution.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the resolution of any issues.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
User Training and Support:
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Offer post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
Assist users with day-to-day queries and issues related to SAP C4C.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C features, updates, and best practices.
Propose enhancements and optimizations to improve the overall effectiveness of the SAP C4C solution.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement system upgrades and patches.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the SAP C4C solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your profile
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support.
Experience with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP C4C implementations.
Strong understanding of CRM processes in Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Experience with integration to other (SAP/non-SAP) systems via OData services/WebServices
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP C4C modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Experience with SAP C4C integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, HCI, CPI).
Knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA integration with C4C.
Familiarity with SAP SDK, PDI, Telephony integration (in Service Cloud) and ABAP is a plus.
