SAP Business Technology Platform Consultant

Ciklum is looking for a SAP Business Technology Platform Consultant to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a SAP Business Technology Platform Consultant, you will be the central point of contact for the integration and cloud architecture on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), as well as for the analysis, optimization, and further development of our SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions.

Together with the business units and IT teams, you will drive the digitalization and automation of our retail processes and have the opportunity to expand your expertise into new areas.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, and implementation of solutions in the area of ​​SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite
• Implementation and further development of integration scenarios between SAP CAR and connected systems (e.g., S/4HANA, external systems) using the SAP Integration Suite
• Advising business units on retail processes and their technical implementation in hybrid on-premise and cloud architectures
• Participation in (agile) projects for the introduction of new functionalities and the optimization of existing processes
• Conducting error analyses and providing 2nd/3rd-level support
• Creating technical documentation and training materials
• Close collaboration with internal IT teams, external partners, and SAP
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX)

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Very good knowledge of the SAP Integration Suite (e.g., cloud integration, API management, OData)
• Experience in the design and operation of complex integration landscapes
• Interest and motivation to build up in-depth expertise in SAP CAR and retail processes
• Experience with interface technologies (e.g., IDoc, OData, RFC)
• Knowledge of ABAP, SQL, or comparable technologies is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and a strong service orientation
• Excellent English skills (Geman is nice-to-have)
