The role involves providing technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery, and ensuring best practices across the SDLC. Responsibilities also include driving technical design, architecting end-to-end solutions, and overseeing complex development using Apex and LWC.

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will be:
- Responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the SDLC
- Driving technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals
- Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation
- Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features
- Overseeing and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques
- Assisting in enforcing high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- Ten (10)+ years of experience building complex Salesforce solutions, including five (5)+ years as a solution architect or technical lead in finance, grant management, or public sector settings
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Foundations platform and its application to financial grant management processes.
- Proven ability to architect, lead, and deliver advanced cross-platform integrations with financial systems, compliance middleware, and AI/analytics suites
- Specialist-level experience in security, identity management, data architecture, and compliance relevant to regulated finance and public sector organizations
- Excellent client/ executive presence, and ability to lead technical and requirements discussions is a must
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
