Participate in or manage functional development and configuration for the implementation or support of Salesforce products.
Here is how you will be involved
- Gather requirements to help define, document and deploy solutions for proposed Salesforce products.
- Collaborate with the stakeholder’s business and technical stakeholders as well as the internal project team.
- Configure proposed Salesforce products to support the business and its end-users.
- Provide technical and functional assistance throughout the construction, testing and deployment of the solution.
- Maintain documentation (training, administrative responsibilities, process flows) to ensure knowledge transfer to the stakeholders at the end of the project.
- Understand other integral solutions or complement the Salesforce solution depending on the scope and complexity of the proposed solution.
Your experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Business administration
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in the fields of functional analysis and needs identification
- Salesforce configuration experience is highly preferred
- Other CRM (Sugar, Zoho, Dynamics, etc) experience is an asset
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) is an asset
- An understanding of stakeholder’s development and where it is needed is an asset

- Your product expertise as a consultant to facilitate decision-making by communicating best practices or potential challenges

- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec
