Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
- Develop integration strategies using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party systems.
- Establish governance, coding standards, deployment strategies, and best practices for Salesforce development.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Drive data modeling, security architecture, sharing rules, role hierarchies, and platform optimization.
- Support project estimations, solution planning, and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach Salesforce developers and administrators.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Lead Salesforce Consultant.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
- Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Data Migration and Data Architecture
- Salesforce Security and Sharing Model
- Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and release management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
