Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative with strong communication skills and a technical mindset to engage with inbound leads seeking assistance with Facebook and Instagram account-related issues.

Customers may be experiencing challenges such as hacked accounts, disabled profiles, advertising restrictions, account access problems, or other platform-related concerns. Your role will be to understand their situation, explain available solutions, build trust, and convert qualified inquiries into paying customers.

This position combines sales, customer service, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Clearly explain available services and solutions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Qualify leads and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Convert inquiries into paying customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
