This is a remote position.
Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support when required.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in sales with team handling experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a strong problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
