We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our digital identity management business in Sweden. In this role, you will meet with municipalities, government agencies, and private sector companies to discuss solutions, business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
You will take ownership of the entire sales process — from lead generation, prospecting, customer contact to negotiations and contract signing. You will also be responsible for developing strategic account plans and pipeline forecasting.
As part of the tender and procurement process, you will manage public sector procurements, from identifying new opportunities through to signed agreements. You will also work closely with our marketing department to create attractive offerings for the market.
The role involves consultative sales where you will primarily engage with IT managers, business leaders, and sometimes technical specialists during the initial stages. We believe in building long-term, trust-based customer relationships and approach every customer investment with humility and commitment. Sales cycles can sometimes be lengthy — but we never give up.
Most sales activities are conducted digitally and remotely, although occasional travel within Sweden may be required.

You have a strong business mindset, high energy, and a genuine drive to succeed, combined with a structured and persistent approach to work. We believe you are a relationship-oriented salesperson who enjoys meeting customers in person, speaking on the phone, and building long-term, trustful partnerships.
In other words, we are looking for someone who wants to become a key player in winning new business opportunities and driving our continued success.
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience selling software, cybersecurity solutions, identity management solutions, compliance solutions, or digital transformation services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Digital identity solutions, e-identification, authentication, or e-signature platforms
Industries such as finance, public sector, healthcare, or enterprise software
Partner-driven or consultative sales models
Public sector procurement processes and tenders
