Role Overview

Join our team as a Sales Manager and be a key player in expanding our reach in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Crypto, and Forex. This role offers the excitement of identifying new merchants and the challenge of expanding into new geographic markets. You will have the opportunity to make an impact by driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with clients, supported by a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchants in high-risk verticals, including iGaming, Crypto, and Forex, with a strong focus on outbound sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle objections effectively and position the company's payment solutions based on operational excellence, reliability, routing quality, and long-term value.
  • Conduct negotiations and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract signing and merchant onboarding.
  • Expand business across new geographic markets and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding and ongoing account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience within payment service providers (PSPs), fintech, payment processing, or high-risk industries.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling payment solutions to merchants in industries such as iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or other high-risk sectors.
  • Strong understanding of payment routing, conversion optimization, merchant acquiring, and the factors influencing PSP selection.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: English, Russian.
  • Experience in fintech.
