RUST Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rust programming, system design, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and efficient solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Rust.

·         Build scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs.

·         Design and implement microservices and distributed system architectures.

·         Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

·         Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system reliability.

·         Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

·         Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

·         Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

·         Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery automation.

·         Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and operational excellence standards.

Required Qualifications

·         7+ years of professional software development experience.

·         Strong hands-on experience with Rust programming language.

·         Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

·         Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

·         Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

·         Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.

·         Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

·         Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

·         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

·         Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

·         Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures.

·         Experience working with Linux-based environments.

·         Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

·         Knowledge of software security best practices.

Good to Have

·         Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).

·         Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.

·         Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

·         Knowledge of cloud-native application development.

·         AWS Certifications.
