The RN Triage Line Nurse provides clinical telephone assessments and support to clients, acting as a liaison between patients, providers, and the care team. They are responsible for managing medication needs, handling crisis situations, and accurately documenting all triage assessments and referrals.
What you will do as an RN Triage Line Nurse:
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
