The analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting software applications within the Revenue Cycle department while acting as a liaison with IS&T and vendors. They will also develop reports and analyze data to identify strategic trends and maintain system integrity.
Responsible for implementing and supporting designated software applications utilized in Patient Financial Services/Revenue Cycle areas in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Work as a liaison with IS&T and third party vendors to apply system functionality and upgrades, as well as testing and validation. Analyst will develop and generate reports utilizing a number of different applications. Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing the outcome of reports to maintain integrity and identify key strategic trends.
