Job Title: RevOps Analyst, Full-time

Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday 1PM- 10PM EST

Location: Remote

Our partner is in the live entertainment industry. Partnering with some of the biggest names in the business, they’ve become one of the largest and most sophisticated market makers in the space.

They operate in the fast-paced world of sports and entertainment ticketing, where data and decision-making power real-time buying and selling. If you’ve ever thought about how ticket prices shift moments after an injury report drops or a game time changes, that’s where they live.

Role Overview

The RevOps Analyst will manage a portfolio of live events, ensuring offers remain accurate, pricing is adjusted within the client’s strategy framework, and potential issues are identified before they impact performance. Working a defined shift with clear handoffs and guidance from a strategic lead, this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to respond quickly as market conditions change.

Using real-time data, you’ll help support the buying and selling of tickets by monitoring inventory, maintaining pricing accuracy, and executing time-sensitive adjustments. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where consistent, accurate execution directly contributes to revenue and ROI.

  • Ensure offers remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with established strategies.

Process & Operational Improvement

  • Follow established shift processes and provide clear handoffs to other team members.
  • Document actions, changes, and important information so work can be continued smoothly across shifts.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and raise them with the appropriate team members.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
