Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Reservations Support Representative. In this role, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, organizing reservation details, and making sure important information is handled accurately throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, online research, organization, and helping others stay informed. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Gather client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages that match client needs.
Assist with reservation coordination using approved supplier resources and organize confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and related booking information.
Respond to routine client questions, provide status updates, request outstanding details, and help with standard reservation adjustments when needed.
Review names, dates, services, and other booking information for accuracy while tracking deadlines and maintaining current client records.
