The Reservations Coordinator is responsible for researching and coordinating vacation arrangements, including hotels, cruises, and excursions. They must maintain accurate client records, manage deadlines, and provide ongoing updates to clients throughout the booking process.
Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Reservations Coordinator. In this role, you will help clients organize vacation arrangements by researching available services, coordinating selected options, and keeping reservation information accurate and up to date.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with details, communicating with customers, and managing several moving parts at once. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.
Primary Responsibilities
Collect important client information, including destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other available vacation services.
Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier resources and organize reservation confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details.
Keep clients informed by providing updates, requesting missing information, answering routine questions, and assisting with standard reservation changes.
Check names, dates, services, and booking details for accuracy while tracking important deadlines and maintaining organized client records.
