As Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort, our Reservations Team plays a vital role in turning inquiries into unforgettable stays. We are currently seeking friendly, professional Resort Reservations Agents who excel in customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating positive guest interactions. About the Role As a Resort Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests booking their stay. You’ll assist guests by phone, email, and online inquiries while accurately managing reservations and providing knowledgeable information about lodging, amenities, and island activities. You’ll work in a diverse, multicultural environment where clear communication, attention to detail, and hospitality-forward service are essential.
