You can design rigorous experiments and reason carefully about results. You are comfortable writing production-quality Python. You think clearly about ambiguous problems and can make progress without a syllabus. You communicate your findings in plain language, not just in notation.
No minimum years of experience. We care about the depth of your thinking and the quality of your work.
