Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize itinerary information and travel documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
  • Work with supplier partners to process reservations, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking information
  • Monitor travel updates, promotional offers, and destination news
  • Provide professional support throughout the client journey
  • Help ensure travelers have a positive planning experience from inquiry to confirmation

Qualifications
