Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered state PMHNP license.
• Active DEA license or preparedness to secure one prior to credentialing.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and remote health platforms.
• Demonstrated capacity for self-management and independent operation.
