Key Responsibilities:
Interviewing clients
Responding to USPTO Office Actions
Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies
Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:
Compensation is based solely on productivity.
Anticipated compensation range of $170,000-300,000 per year, depending on work productivity, position and if you have clients.

A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in semiconductor matters
Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials
Outstanding writing and verbal skills in English
Superb Communication
Very efficient in patent prosecution
