What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Success Advisor, you'll become a trusted resource for members by providing personalized guidance and outstanding service through virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually using Zoom and other online platforms

• Explain available benefit programs and coverage options clearly and professionally

• Answer questions and provide personalized support throughout the enrollment process

• Assist members with applications and required documentation

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate records and member information

• Resolve concerns efficiently while creating a positive member experience

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
