Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, service-minded individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Lifestyle Consultant. In this role, you will help clients simplify the vacation-planning process by researching experiences, presenting suitable choices, and coordinating requested arrangements based on their individual needs.

Client requests can range from resort getaways and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group experiences, tours, special occasions, and international trips. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in client relations, online research, organization, and vacation planning.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to discuss upcoming vacation plans and identify their priorities
  • Gather important information including destination interests, dates, budget, and special requests
  • Search for accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and package options
  • Evaluate available services and identify choices that meet client criteria
  • Prepare personalized suggestions and communicate options in a clear, professional manner
  • Answer planning-related questions and provide relevant information about available services
  • Coordinate client selections through approved supplier and reservation platforms
  • Keep confirmations, schedules, and other important trip information organized
  • Monitor deposits, final payments, documentation requirements, and upcoming deadlines
  • Follow up with clients when additional information or decisions are needed
  • Verify traveler information and reservation details for completeness and accuracy
  • Provide assistance with routine updates and modifications
  • Maintain current records of client requests, communications, and arrangements

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional and helpful approach when interacting with clients
  • Good listening and customer service skills
  • Organized with careful attention to detail
  • Comfortable conducting research and comparing information online
  • Ability to manage priorities and follow through on responsibilities
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Comfortable communicating through email, phone, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Willing to learn supplier systems and digital reservation tools
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and receptive to continued education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
