What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage customized travel itineraries for vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and group travel


  • Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences
  • Review booking confirmations and travel documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs
  • Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items
  • Maintain organized digital records and client documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
