We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head Hunter to join our team. This is a remote full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate experience, and delivering professional support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting
- Receive hiring requests from department managers and clarify job requirements.
- Create and publish job vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct advanced candidate sourcing through LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques.
- Approach and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
- Screen CVs based on job criteria and shortlist qualified profiles.
- Conduct initial phone/online interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Prepare shortlisted candidate reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up regularly until the vacancy is successfully closed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Head Hunting (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, especially in remote work.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Good proficiency in English (verbal & written).
- Experience using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
