We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable Remote Form Filler / Online Form Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, ensuring that data is managed efficiently to support our fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Accurately and efficiently complete a wide range of online forms using customer, order, and production data.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies and verifying the final output.
  • Maintain and update information within company databases and computer systems with a high degree of precision.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in strict accordance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Verify information by cross-referencing it with source documents.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and effectively manage time to handle a high volume of data-related tasks.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a data entry, form filling, or a similar administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent typing speed and proficiency with various online platforms and digital tools.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or relevant certifications are an asset.
