We're a growing remote travel team looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to join us as a Remote Destination Planning Specialist.

In this role you'll work directly with clients to help them discover, plan, and book their ideal destinations, handling everything from initial research and itinerary development to booking coordination and pre-departure follow-up. Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences, travel style, and budget
  • Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel options tailored to each client
  • Build detailed itineraries and present well-organized destination proposals
  • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and experiences
  • Provide accurate information on destination requirements, entry documentation, and travel policies
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients ahead of their departure dates
  • Stay current on destination trends, supplier offers, and travel industry updates
