Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with coordinating vacation components such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, and experiences
  • Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable destination options
  • Provide helpful planning insight based on available supplier resources
  • Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone support when appropriate
  • Collaborate with travel partners to confirm reservation details
  • Monitor current travel offers and updates that may benefit clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of trip details within internal systems
  • Support customers throughout various stages of their travel preparation timeline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in customer-focused travel support services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple planning requests
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer navigation and internet research familiarity
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico , Spain or another qualifying region
