Remote, Contract-based Florida Labor/Employment Attorney Opportunity – 5+ Hours/Week - $90 per hour

Our client has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Florida Plaintiff’s Labor & Employment Attorney to provide research and drafting support.

Remote work hours will vary but are expected to start at approximately 5+ hours per week.

Attorney Responsibilities: 

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other employment litigation documents
  
• Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues
  
• Prepare legal memoranda and case analyses
  
• Review case files and supporting documents
  
• Assist with case strategy and litigation support
  
• Help manage deadlines and keep matters moving forward
  
• Provide additional back-end support as needed
  

Attorney Requirements: 

• Licensed and in good standing to practice Law in the State of Florida
  
• 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
  
• Strong plaintiff-side employment law experience
  
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
  
• Experience with motion practice and discovery
  
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
  
• Responsive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
  
• Organized and able to work independently
  

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $90/hour.
