You'll be the operational layer between them and everything that needs to happen. Priorities, people, decisions and process. You’ll hold it together and keep it moving.

What you'll own
Track and close open loops across the executive's full workload
Task and priority management across executives and their teams
Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up
Calendar, inbox, and communications ownership
Research and structured recommendations
CRM management and reporting
Proactive identification of problems before they surface
Long-term projects that create real impact
Who this is for
3–4 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, founders associate or a similar high-ownership role
You move before being asked
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable managing up, you push back when something doesn't make sense
Based in South Africa, available during European and US business hours
What you get
