About the Role

We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, coachable individuals to help clients review and understand their supplemental benefits. This is a fully remote opportunity with full training provided and unlimited income potential.

Responsibilities

• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients

• Explain and update benefit options

• Maintain accurate records and policy details

• Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude

• Collaborate with a virtual team and hit daily goals

What You Need

Compensation

• First-year expectation: $65,000–$110,000

• Top performers: $150,000+

• Weekly Commission based Salary + performance bonuses
